Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott may no longer be together romantically, but they continue to work together as a real estate team. They are currently making an effort to sell their contemporary home, which they have co-owned since 2018. After five months of no interested buyers, the reality TV star and "Sicko Mode" rapper have re-listed the European-style villa for just under $20 million, which is $2 million less than the original asking price.
However, even with the reduced price, if the house sells for anywhere near the newly improved asking price, they will still make a significant profit. The two-story residence is situated in the lower Benedict Canyon neighborhood, behind a lengthy gated driveway. They purchased the property for $13.5 million, shortly after it had been completely renovated and rebuilt. The house features seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and almost 9,700 square feet of living space, adorned throughout with oak floors, imported stone, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors spilling out to manicured gardens.
The boxy abode has glitzy amenities, including a movie theater, wet bar-equipped game room, lounge, and an office. Among the highlights is a double-height foyer that leads to a fireside living room that connects to a formal dining room, both of which open to an al fresco dining terrace. The house also has a family room and a sleek marble-clad kitchen, boasting ebony-hued cabinetry, a central island, high-end appliances, a walk-in pantry, and an adjacent breakfast room.
Heading upstairs, a curving staircase leads to a plush master retreat that includes a private balcony offering canyon and city lights views, separate fireside sitting area, dressing room, and dual walk-in closets and baths. Outdoors, the picturesque grounds span just over an acre, and hold a pool and spa flanked by a barbecue/bar setup. There's also a three-car garage and additional parking for up to four vehicles.
Despite putting this property on the market, Kylie Jenner still owns several other properties, including a $36 million Holmby Hills mansion and a $15 million Hidden Hills lot where she recently broke ground on her upcoming dream home. She's also currently building a second new mansion, a desert retreat in La Quinta's Madison Club. Since 2016, Jenner's main residence has been a luxe Hidden Hills estate that was photographed for Architectural Digest in 2019. Travis Scott, on the other hand, maintains a $23 million hilltop mansion in Brentwood, and he also has a vast compound in his hometown of Houston.
