Sierra Towers Condo of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne Hits the Market

In a star-studded Hollywood skyscraper known as Sierra Towers, a unit that was once home to Kelly Osbourne and her legendary parents Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne is now up for grabs. Nine years ago, the rockstar and former talk show host power couple purchased the stylish condo for $4 million and have now listed it for just under $4.8 million.

The Osbourne's unit, located on the 10th floor, boasts breathtaking northwest-facing views of the hills and city lights. The place has been recently renovated and flaunts a little over 2,100 square feet of luxurious living space complete with stone floors and recessed lighting. The condo features two bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a spa-inspired bath equipped with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and shower.

As you enter the space, you're greeted by a grand vestibule that leads to an open-plan great room featuring a combined living/dining area with a built-in entertainment center and sliding glass doors opening to a terrace. An adjacent kitchen is decked out with stainless appliances, snazzy gunmetal-gray backsplash, and all-white cabinetry. The spacious master suite features a ceiling resembling a cloudy blue sky, a private balcony, custom walk-in-closet, and a spa-inspired bath.

And the perks don't stop there. The Sierra Towers building offers exclusive amenities, including a fitness center, conference facilities, a newly designed pool and spa, an attended lobby, valet parking, and 24-hour security and concierge services, all for a hefty $3,849-per-month HOA charge.

The Osbournes also own an adjacent one-bedroom unit in the same building, which they purchased for $2.3 million last year. However, this smaller place is not currently on the market. They also still own a stunning Hancock Park estate that was recently listed for $18 million but has since been taken off the market. The couple recently announced that they are relocating to their longtime country estate in England, Welders House. The listing is held by Jonah Wilson and Josh Greer of Carolwood Estates. Will you be the lucky one to call the Osbourne's former home your own?
